FIRSTLY, at the check-out, they allow you to choose existing dates for delivery. So obviously, any customer would choose a date where they'd be the most free to receive the item right?
However, without my consent, they changed the delivery date one day earlier, to a date where no one was available for me to receive the item.
They allowed me to change the delivery date again and all, but hey, here's a thought, if the original date I chose was not available, WHY WAS THE OPTION AVAILABLE FOR ME TO CLICK IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN?
It seems to me that the system was able to block dates where delivery was already unavailable. I may be wrong at this point about the system but I wasn't that mad about it. Yet.
SECONDLY, no time frame was given to me, just the date of delivery.
So I waited 12 hours for my table to arrive. But hey, it's not like I have anything else to do on a weekend but wait for a piece of furniture to arrive, am I right?
THIRDLY, they provide live tracking which is great and all, but if you only provide live tracking 5 minutes before you are about to arrive, then what is the point?
In my case, I received my furniture at around 9.40 pm after waiting an entire Saturday for it. I don't need your live tracking update at 9.35 pm to know that my furniture is coming, I just need common sense, which seems to be what MySeat is lacking with regards to delivery experience.
It's such a pity that a brand so sustainable has such bad delivery experience.
